Lagueux, U.S. District Judge] A few years ago, we ventured into the high-end retail market for fine crystal and upheld a preliminary injunction issued in favor of a group of affiliated retailers (collectively, ""Ross-Simons"") against Baccarat, Inc. See Ross-Simons of Warwick, Inc. v. Baccarat, Inc., 102 F.3d 12 (1st Cir. 1996) (Ross-Simons I). This appeal, in which Baccarat asks us to dissolve a permanent injunction compelling it to continue dealing with Ross-Simons, requires us to revisit those purlieus. As before, Baccarat fails to make the sale.
